“Long story short: Book this place. The pictures merely hint at the beauty of the property. The expansive first floor offers an almost infinite series of beautiful places to sit, relax, dine and enjoy the myriad of entertainment offered throughout the house. The kitchen wowed us all, and the pool area is fantastic, especially with the ambiance of the offshoot canal from A1A. The driveway easily fits 4 cars, which is important bc there is no on-street parking. Abundant bathrooms, smoker, grill, propane fire feature. Close to Publix, Walmart and any type of food you could possibly imagine. Newman Hospitality was PERFECTION. Need I say more?”

“We stayed for 11 days. House has everything we needed . Couple issues- the lanai/ patio tile was overgrown with weeds and we and to walk walk over them. The landscapers did come and cleaned it upon day 9 of our stay. Home was good but unfortunately you can tell it’s not very well taken care of in general . It did have mold growing by the vents in the ceiling , overgrown grass on lanai tile, and the outdoor grill gas tank was out of gas after 2 uses . Other than that, house was great, very roomy, had everything we needed in the kitchen and the management was always easy to reach and they were in communication with us about landscapers coming in or just to check in to make sure everything is going well .”

“We inquired about early check-in and were O.K. with the extra cost to check into the property early. We were told we would be able to check in as soon as the property was cleaned. We were on the property waiting to check in for a couple of hours and did not see any cleaning being done on the unit. I inquired again about early check in and was told they were still cleaning the unit which wasn't true. We finally got the door access code at 4:10pm.”

“The condo was very clean with a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and had a nice big Keurig coffee maker. The roof top pool was really nice with a great view. The beach was very close and the restaurant downstairs Casa Playa was wonderful, we also walked to Winegarden for a romantic dinner.”
