“On the second day of our stay, I received a call at approximately 6:30 PM asking us to check the furnace closet for water because the unit below us had reportedly experienced a leak. I checked the area and confirmed that there was no water or evidence of a leak. I did not hear anything further until almost 10:00 PM, when another call woke me up. I was again asked to check the same location. After receiving three back-to-back calls, the manager insisted that I agree to allow an HVAC technician to inspect the unit. The technician arrived at approximately 11:00 PM. I tried to decline the inspection because I had sleeping children in the condo, but I was essentially told that I had no choice. I understand that maintenance issues and potential water leaks need to be addressed, and I was willing to cooperate. However, the late-night calls and being pressured to allow someone into the condo at 11:00 PM, despite having sleeping children, made this a very uncomfortable and disruptive experience”

“The view from balcony was fantastic. This unit needs some maintenance work done and they need to pay attention to detail and cleanliness. They do not have extras so be sure to bring most everything you may need.”

“Right on the beach and beautiful views. Disappointed with no beach equipment as the condo doesn’t allow it. This is not cool for people flying in/out of the area. No shampoo/comditioner supplied. Parking permits were not where they said they were and not updated to appropriate year. A/c quit working but maintenance had someone there within a few hours to fix but it was late at night before they came. Overall great stay, just have to bring everything yourself.”

“The condo location was perfect for us. Not a crowded beach area, which is one of our biggest goals! The overall property was decent (not great but no issues or complaints) - could use some general improvements. The unit itself was good - again, could use some furniture upgrades, etc but overall good for the price and expectation. We would stay here again!”
