“I personally would rather be away from the crowd, this place is awesome! We loved the pool and backyard! We had a couple days where the ocean wasn’t in the best shape so we spent the day around the home and enjoyed the pool. It’s a little drive to the beach but not far! Perfect for us, Would pick it over and over again over the strip area……”

“This place was perfect for our family (of 6) vacation. It was modern, very clean, had open spaces which made it perfect to host a large family gathering with family and friends that lived in the area. We were right across the street from the beach (5 minute walk) which was perfect. We were unfortunately locked out of the condo upon arrival due to an issue with the cleaning services improperly securing the premises when they left, but once we got in, it was great. We would absolutely book again in the future.”

“The house is located across the beach at the beach access so that was great. The house was not clean. The rental property management company supplied a vacuum cleaner to us upon request. We vacuumed the rug which was filthy, and it looked much better after that, but it needs to be cleaned. The light fixture fell out of the ceiling fan, the sink faucet leaked, and by the end of the week the garbage disposal no longer worked. The house needs a lot of tender, loving care. things had to be dried in the dryer multiple times we would hang towels on the railing just to get them dry. We’ve been to Navarre multiple times and I just feel like this was not worth the money that you had to pay. We rent houses multiple times a year, so this was not our first rental rodeo. The rental company took care of most things pretty quickly. Some issues were not resolved while we were there. This could be a really great place.”
