“Hurricane week before, unit was still listed to rent. Asked if positive it was ok and response was we would have gotten cancellation if not. There was no power and obvious no housekeeping had been there. Dirty laundry, bathrooms unclean, beds not made, balcony furniture shoved in living room. Called and asked for refund, at first they advised I would have to go through Airbnb, not happy. Received call back and said they would handle for me. May change part of rating if this happens. I think it may be a good place to stay if the management agency in charge of renting property had the internal communication that would have stopped this nightmare. We live 6 hours away so it was extremely hard to find somewhere to stay the night due to most hotels in the area were booked with crews working on clean up and restorations.”

“The place was a great location and a short walk to the beach for the price! Would be great for a family with children. The only thing was that we noticed some things needed to be replaced like the door knob to the bedroom door which would fall off everytime you pulled on it and some of the closet doors were broken but it wasn’t a huge deal for us. If the place was shown a little bit of love it would be perfect!”

“Such a beautiful and comfortable stay. Beds were comfy, everything was clean. Beach chairs in the closet were very appreciated. I will say, it’s barebones for toiletries and personal care items. But that’s the only negative and we tend to bring our own or grab some items from the store. But I do expect to have at least hand soap at every sink. We got one package of a toiletries “starter pack” for three sinks. I don’t expect to have to go purchase hand soap.”

“We had an issue with the living room TV that the local management quickly resolved. The unit was described as being the entire house which it is not, it is the first floor of a single house. It also said it had a patio which it does not. There is no outside seating area for this unit. The entrance is at the back side of the unit. There is a crowded shared driveway for the three units, in a single standing house. It was decorated very nicely and the beds slept comfortably. Kitchen was stocked with necessary, utensils, and cookware.”

“Needs upkeep. Broken blinds, stained carpet and dirty doors. Only one garbage bag available. Told if I needed more to but it.”
