“Wonderful condo! Definitely would stay here again. The beach and pool were both so relaxing and not too crowded.”

“Loved the location! Close to the beach and to the restaurants, we walked to most places. We did not have the correct number of bracelets for the resort for how many we booked for, I messaged the management team in charge, was told I'd hear back and then never did. Thankfully, we did not have too many issues with staff on this, but if you're asked by any of the resort grounds associates, good luck. Parking was not explained well enough in our opinion and MAKE SURE to pay attention to how many parking spots you're allowed as there will absolutely be no way you can purchase an extra spot....even with an entire parking garage being empty. Keep in mind this condo is ran by a management company so there are not "extras" of items. Blankets, pillows, toilet paper, dish soap, salt/pepper; nothing of that sort. The beach was beautiful. Our view from the balcony was great and we really enjoyed the pool.”

“The unit is beautiful. It is, however, very close to the pool. Since it’s on the first floor, you really can’t have the windows open to enjoy the ocean view because people are able to see you from outside. We had to keep the windows closed for the duration of our stay in order to have privacy. The first day we noticed a trail of ants underneath the couch. It was due to a multitude of crumbs underneath the couch from the previous visitors. The WiFi password was incorrect and cell service is terrible the farther you walk into the unit. I contacted customer service about the WiFi and they told me they “had to open a ticket and did not have a time frame for when it would be fixed”. It was in fact never fixed before we checked out.”

“This condo was much more spacious than we anticipated and is in a great location. We would consider staying here again even though there were a few house keeping issues. When we arrived, we began following the check-in instructions and quickly realized most of the instructions were wrong. The code given to us didn’t work, nor did the backup code, but thankfully the backup to the backup did. We stayed on the phone with management for 21 minutes trying to figure this out and spent a total of one hour trying to check in. The check in instructions are incorrect and need to be updated. Once inside, the floors and couches were covered in sand. Again, we loved the location and the space, we just wish the cleanliness and check in process had gone smoother.”

“My family and I enjoyed our time at this house. This house comfortably accommodated all nine of us. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming, fishing, and relaxing in the sun. The sunroom offered an excellent view and became our primary indoor space. For prospective guests, the location is fantastic, but the kitchen lacks essential cooking supplies. Plan to bring a few items. While there are several pot lids, there’s only one small pot and two large gumbo pots. Additionally, the dishwasher door has a broken arm, so ensure it’s secured after each use to prevent injury. Another important note is that the boat lift bunks no longer have protective covers to cushion the boat from the raw wood. Despite these minor inconveniences, the house was well-stocked with towels, and the host provided generous starter supplies. I’m sharing this information to help guests prepare for their stay. My family would happily return if the opportunity arises.”
