“I will say for the most part the stay was good. I have stayed in quite a few Airbnbs in the past, mostly all Superhost so I have some experience but I do not believe this property should be labeled a "Superhost". We encountered a couple issues upon arrival such as AC not working, ice machine broken in fridge, the ice machine provided was dirty and still had water in it, it was difficult to open the main door that leads to patio and the faucet in the guest bedroom did not work and my daughter had to shower in the master bathroom. I only notified the host regarding the AC because all the other issues were nothing compared to the AC not working in the middle of summer in Florida. The host was very responsive and had an AC repair man at the house as fast as he could. The location of the property is perfect. It was right in the middle of everything including the beach, groceries, stores, etc. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was equiped with everything we needed.”
