Modern Beach Vacation Rentals's guest rating in Florida of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. “Great place and really nice remodeling. Nothing special from the outside and not much outside space, but the golf cart and community of Sandestin make up for it. Golf carted to pick up pizza, coffee, groceries, the beach or even happy hour sunsets on the golf course. My kids loved it!”

“It’s is such a gorgeous place and it is the perfect distance away from the beach. The golf cart was so convenient. The house is so close to everything you could need.”
