“Good spot. Beautiful View. Great location. Parking is confusing. The secondary parking pass that we had to find inside the place was confusing. Which pass to use was confusing, but with help from the gate guards, we figured it out. The host never answered the only question we posted to Airbnb before we arrived, and still hasn’t, regarding pre-arrival paperwork. All in all, not a bad stay.”

“Decent space, awful management & maintenance. Majestic Sun 706B has good furniture for a couple's trip, but our week was ruined by non-stop issues. Logistics & Property: No instructions for the gated parking; we had no idea where to park or find the entrance. All week, the parking lot smelled like sewage/garbage. The beach is across the street, but there are no ramps for ADA access or pulling beach gear. The Unit: One night the water was shut off. Another night the elevators were out of service, forcing us to haul heavy coolers and chairs up 7 floors. The balcony door latch is very hard to secure. The toaster was broken, and one shower sprayed annoying, random leaks. Service: Host Ryan answered but dismissively told us to call the "concierge" instead of him. We were promised a new toaster and a shower fix, but no one ever showed up. Great location, but we felt neglected by management. Book with caution.”

“The location is great. Close walk to the beach and very close to shopping/restaurants. The condo is on the smaller side, which we expected, but we also expected two full bathrooms. While there are two toilets/sinks, be aware that there is only one shower/bathtub in the condo. This was very inconvenient for our family of 5. The shower curtain in the shower is disgusting. It is mildewed and stinks. I messaged management about getting a new one and offered to switch it out for them if they dropped off but never received a response. Also, there was no dish rags in the kitchen. Only two dish towels. We also never found a fitted sheet to put on the sleeper sofa so my kids had to sleep on top of a loose sheet. We were very disappointed in our stay. Several inconveniences that will keep us from staying here again.”

“The condo is beautiful and well stocked. Very clean and had everything you need. Very convenient to the beach. I did read comments from previous guest and there were comments about the parking not favorable. I will say it was very aggravating. Hard to find a place to park. It will keep us from coming back. I do want to say we loved having the beach chair service, however the owners had the entire front row reserved rather it was used or not. Which were so close together you did not get a view of the ocean.”

“The house is stunning, and a perfect location to the main pool and a short walk to the beach or cafes. We loved our experience at Carillon but working with the management company was a little frustrating. I reached out prior to our stay about child amenities at the house and was told there are none. But when we arrived there were not one but two pack and plays at the house and a high chair. I had to solo travel with a toddler and not carrying these things through the airport would have really helped me. Additionally they use outside apps/links to communicate and share house guides. So anytime we needed to look up house instructions we had to sift through messages and emails. I wish they would also just include that info here in the app. All that to say, the place itself is great and Carillon is a hidden gem.”
