“Stayed just for the weekend and it was perfect for a group of 4! My only complaint is that the cleaning people entered the unit unannounced at 9:45 am when we had until 10am to check out. We felt really rushed especially with them waiting outside of their car in the driveway, staring at us as we loaded our car up to leave. Other than that, the location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach and it was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrella available for use! The screened in balcony was way bigger than it appears in the photos which was nice as well. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need and dish soap, sponge, dishwash pods and a roll of paper towels are provided. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper if you are staying for more than a couple nights as both bathrooms just had one roll. I would definitely book again in the future!”

“This place was a little better than I thought it would be. Great place to chill right next to the beach. Master bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about that. Good size pool and great location to either go North or South for food. The beach is DIRECTLY across the street. We will definitely be back!”

“We are a family of 4 adults and had a comfortable stay at Joe's for 2 nights. Pros- Location-walking distance to the beach, had beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella. Cons- only 1 roll of toilet paper which we used up. Never had to buy extra toilet paper at any other rentals. Just annoyed us as we had to buy 4 rolls minimum at the store.”
