“We’ve stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed it. The location is great, the house is clean and quiet, and overall it’s a very nice place to stay. Unfortunately, the beach equipment really needs some attention. The cooler was broken, and the beach umbrella was also broken and unusable. Being nearly 20 hours from home, the last thing we expected to do on vacation was go shopping for beach equipment that should have been provided in usable condition. We ended up purchasing a new umbrella and anchor ourselves and left them at the property for future guests. For a vacation rental in a beach destination, keeping basic beach equipment in good working order seems like a pretty reasonable expectation, especially considering the relatively small cost to replace these items when needed. We genuinely like this property and have returned multiple times, but this was frustrating and disappointing. Hopefully the beach equipment is checked and maintained more regularly.”

“Beautiful house, spa and pool. The dock was large and comfy with plenty of seating and a nice tiki for shade which is a must. The fishing was slow which may be the due to off season but we did catch a small sand shark, 1 Tilapia, an alligator gar, a catfish, a bream and several “TURTLES”Lol. We enjoyed the outdoor living room with TV and fireplace. The weather was great, 90’s everyday with some rain that last only 20 mins and the location was just a short distance to shopping and restaurants and the neighborhood was quiet.”

“My husband and I stayed here for 5 weeks while we were relocating and looking for our next home. The house had everything we needed and the view was a dream. The location is amazing as it is close to the beaches and so many waterfront restaurants.”
