“This house is a decent walk to the beach, close to a half mile, so it’s a bit of a pain to haul all of your beach stuff back and forth. The HOA was very strict and that was not something that was made known when we booked. Someone knocked on the door at 8:00 am after our first day because we had towels hanging out to dry and a beach wagon outside. We were not expecting it and it made us feel unwelcome. Not a super family friendly condo to stay in.”

“This is a beautiful home and it is in a great location. The home needs maintenance. There was a leak in the roof because a shower head was placed (by the housekeepers) in the wrong position in the upstairs garden tub. There is a rule to not place the shower head in its proper position. The trash is in the garage and it stunk the whole 1st floor up for the 1st day. Many other small things need to be maintained or repaired. We loved staying here it was just little things that were frustrating, making the price not so worth it.”

“Great place and exactly what we needed for a beach side condo. Very short walk to the beach, has sand spigot in the driveway, a pool but not kept up. We had family staying close by so we were only there to sleep. Walls are thin between units, no coffee filters but clean bathroom and sheets.”

“Should have been told on website the washer, dryer and grill were shared with other tenants We could hear neighbors using the bathroom”

“Check in was at 4, but the apartment wasn’t ready for us until 6:30. Joe’s response was timely but was unhelpful and unapologetic, with no offer of help or compensation for the 2.5 hour delay in checking in. The apartment itself is clean and simple. I don’t imagine 4 people could stay here, as the two single beds are foldable and there’s no room for them except the living room. The kitchen utensils setup was lacking, as there was no spatula for making eggs. We ended up using a pie serving utensil for flipping the eggs. Would expect a better stocked kitchen given the price. Amenities: The kayaks were leaking and unusable. The pool was great. Beach chairs and umbrella were in good shape and worked. Access is great if you have a rental car. Great spot for small family who doesn’t mind sleeping in the king bed together. Late check in and bad customer service from the property management team makes it hard for me to recommend, though.”

“The home was very well presented. Joe was always responsive to every need we had. The house is in a very good location to the beach with beautiful views. Not a lot to do around the area. Restaurants are within 5 - 7 miles of the home. The company who runs the place was not helpful at all. We could not get into the home the evening we arrived and couldn't get ahold of anyone at the company to help us. Left a message but they never called us back or checked on us. (Not good PR) Some of the house instructions were not clear on their "What to do" with certain things they required.”

“Communication was on spot prior to our reservation. No response the day of check in, instructions provided for internet was obsolete. Was told the info sent seemed to be accurate and to shut router off and reboot. This did not work. Sent photos of connection options with no reply. 2nd day he responded that the original email instructions was incorrect and sent the new internet information. The location was perfect and we walked to the beach, food, shopping, live music and food. Trolley stop was close and a fun trip to the North end of the island.”

“I was accused of breaking g shower, I was not in room and hadnt used shower since arrival night before. it was not replaced. I was at neach with no shower. I believe i am owed a reimbursement but instead got a bill. A large bill!”

“We arrived and reached out to the host regarding amenities that were advertised and not available, but the host never responded once from the moment we got there. This was completely unacceptable for someone who has people renting their home or working for a property management company. The house wasn’t terrible, but I would advise looking elsewhere if you intend on having an appropriate description of the property or any professionalism.”
