“Stayed just for the weekend and it was perfect for a group of 4! My only complaint is that the cleaning people entered the unit unannounced at 9:45 am when we had until 10am to check out. We felt really rushed especially with them waiting outside of their car in the driveway, staring at us as we loaded our car up to leave. Other than that, the location was perfect with a very short walk to the beach and it was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrella available for use! The screened in balcony was way bigger than it appears in the photos which was nice as well. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need and dish soap, sponge, dishwash pods and a roll of paper towels are provided. I would recommend bringing extra toilet paper if you are staying for more than a couple nights as both bathrooms just had one roll. I would definitely book again in the future!”

“We are a family of 4 adults and had a comfortable stay at Joe's for 2 nights. Pros- Location-walking distance to the beach, had beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella. Cons- only 1 roll of toilet paper which we used up. Never had to buy extra toilet paper at any other rentals. Just annoyed us as we had to buy 4 rolls minimum at the store.”

“The accommodations I paid for & agreed upon weren’t as described & not disclosed. The pool was unusable & there was NO hot tub, work actively being done in the back yard pool area, extremely loud large machinery, workers in yard, & complete mess in disarray, fence completely openly removed & broken, tv’s did not work (all 3), broken glass on door, multiple damages throughout home. I reached out promptly with images & descriptions of all issues, there was no response until the next day, stating they were ‘unaware’ but were going to send ppl to clean & fix, which never happened. I also requested a refund and have documentation, but was told it was the ‘neighbors’ fault not his & he refused any refund compensation whatsoever. This negative experience ruined our family vacation, what a huge disappointment & what a total shame. I was hoodwinked. Don’t do it ppl!”

“Pros. Close to Beaches and lots of restaurants with a free trolley that runs up and down the main road that you can flag down from right outside the entrance to the building Washer & Dryer on site. Grills on back deck although we did not use as it rained the entire time we were there. We stayed in room 3 and it was clean and mostly comfortable for my family. 3 Beach chairs were provided in unit along with a small cooler and a 1st come beach cart which we appreciated. Cons Parking Spots are not numbered and limited to units, we arrived one night and all 8 of the spots were taken by visitors and other suites. We had to park by road. Bikes pictured are not whats on site. One bike broke down on way to beach. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and trash bag for the entire stay. No TV in room. Folding cots were not comfortable for my daughter. it wasn't in description so we assumed a convertible couch bed. would've brought an inflatable instead.”

“BE AWARE!! No working AC! How disappointing! We are from the area and very familiar with how well an AC unit should and should not cool during massive heat waves. Arrived to the house being 76 AT THE THERMOSTAT WITH THE PRIMARY BEDROOM BEING AT LEAST FIVE DEGREES WARMER. Left the house for several hours to go get groceries and eat dinner. Came back serval hours later to no change in the temp. Called the host for him to do nothing but over talk me and then my husband both. He stated to put thermostat on 70 degrees and that it would reach that in the middle of the night and then maintain. Had no solution for the primary bedroom other to say it wasn’t true. It eventually reached the 70 and then as soon as the sun came up it started going back up. Air bnb offered us to move the host REFUSED to agree to a refund. Last thing we wanted to do was pack back up and move. Had to have Amex deal with it. DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE IF YOU NEED WORKING AC. HOST US VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.”

“Didn’t have a lot of towels to begin with. Upon arriving there were mold on cutting boards and eager machine was dirty. Took about two days to get a response. Pool lights didn’t work which was a bummer. Vendors showed up when pleased unannounced while we were hanging out at the pool. Other than that fair stay.”

“This house is a decent walk to the beach, close to a half mile, so it’s a bit of a pain to haul all of your beach stuff back and forth. The HOA was very strict and that was not something that was made known when we booked. Someone knocked on the door at 8:00 am after our first day because we had towels hanging out to dry and a beach wagon outside. We were not expecting it and it made us feel unwelcome. Not a super family friendly condo to stay in.”

“This is a beautiful home and it is in a great location. The home needs maintenance. There was a leak in the roof because a shower head was placed (by the housekeepers) in the wrong position in the upstairs garden tub. There is a rule to not place the shower head in its proper position. The trash is in the garage and it stunk the whole 1st floor up for the 1st day. Many other small things need to be maintained or repaired. We loved staying here it was just little things that were frustrating, making the price not so worth it.”

“Should have been told on website the washer, dryer and grill were shared with other tenants We could hear neighbors using the bathroom”

“Check in was at 4, but the apartment wasn’t ready for us until 6:30. Joe’s response was timely but was unhelpful and unapologetic, with no offer of help or compensation for the 2.5 hour delay in checking in. The apartment itself is clean and simple. I don’t imagine 4 people could stay here, as the two single beds are foldable and there’s no room for them except the living room. The kitchen utensils setup was lacking, as there was no spatula for making eggs. We ended up using a pie serving utensil for flipping the eggs. Would expect a better stocked kitchen given the price. Amenities: The kayaks were leaking and unusable. The pool was great. Beach chairs and umbrella were in good shape and worked. Access is great if you have a rental car. Great spot for small family who doesn’t mind sleeping in the king bed together. Late check in and bad customer service from the property management team makes it hard for me to recommend, though.”
