“I would definitely come back, the community is very nice and cute. I loved how its one straight road from 98 to scenic gulf Dr with small cul de sacs, the community is not confusing with multiple roads and turns. The house is on the first road from the gate which makes it a short walk to the beach. The description mentions a $30 wristband to enter the beach. We did not have to do this. There is "private" beach access but the rental umbrellas are priority, if you bring your own you have to sit on the back row or walk down where its not "private". The sofa on the 2nd floor is uncomfortable, very thin, and can feel the springs. There are multiple remotes for the tvs in each room and some did not work. I feel this house needs a larger hvac being 3 floors Or 2 units. The 2nd and 3rd floor cooled well but 1st floor seemed to really struggle. It would be 73 in the morning but once everyone gets down and cooking it stays around 76. Which is uncomfortable. Water in return vent area.”

“We had a great stay at this location, our family wanted a affordable spacious location next to the beach and close to the entertainment functions around Destin. This home was definitely worth the price. The home was clean, very comfortable and honestly just a great stay if you’re looking for a home for your vacation trip. Easy instructions and the host is very responsive.”

“Great gated location, nice home, short walk to the beach, and the host responds quickly but the home wasn't cleaned properly. The home had dog hair, human hair, a smell and was dusty but after we cleaned and used lysol and febreez it was better. The cleaning crew needs to do better.”
