“I've stayed at this location on a few occasions, and I considered it to be priced well, however, during this stay, it's evident that it needs upgrades for the you pay for an entire week. The bathroom sink upstairs is about to come apart and the toilet roll holder is off the hinge. A utube video was shared on how to open up the dryer due to the handle coming off. Bring your own ice, because the ice maker barely makes any ice. The porch was extremely dirty, staining our clothes when we sat down. The 6 person golf cart was squeaky. I would not book again through this agency, they are extremely slow to respond and when we did the upgrades for the additional golf cart, the price was extremely HIGH and they originally charged me wrong, asking for an additional $200+ due to their mistake.”

“Our stay at 1380 Laurel Grove was amazing. Definitely one of the nicest locations we have stayed at through Airbnb. We loved the shaded lot and water view, but my favorite amenity was the cushioned front porch swing! Just the right spot to curl up with a book or drink a morning cup of coffee. We loved it here!”
