“Nice place, big, but outdoor furniture is very old, rusty and dorty,, we even did not sit on it. Wifi slow. Knives not sharp , pans , you can not cook with them, cheap. One side recliner doesn't work, broken. All walls dirty, need fresh paint”

“This place was great! Unit was clean and looked like the photos. Area was perfect, close enough to 30A for a day trip but also not far from the airport and shopping / restaurants. Definitely check out the boardwalk in the Sandestin complex. Unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and it’s just a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, a small lunchbox sized cooler, some boogie boards, umbrella and toys for the sand but they do not provide beach towels. I would say one drawback was understanding everything available to us on property, if we could use it and how to get there like tennis courts or mini golf. Extra instructions on that or a map would be helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely rent again.”

“We had a great week! Lots to do around the condo. We were able to get in the golf cart and go explore the area and go to the beach and even found a mini golf course. The room was clean and the large porch was nice and private. The hosts were very accessible and kind. We will definitely go back!”
