“Beautiful and clean place to stay. Had a great vacation after some issues were settled. However, there are some things guest should know. 1. We were not provided with a guest book. I had to call to receive one. This guest book had all the correct passcodes, so when we first got there we couldn’t even access the gate to get in. 2. The codes we originally received were all incorrect. I continuously messaged through the app and ended up having to call to get any correct information. 3. We were not provided with the waiver to sign for golf cart access. I had to call to receive it. This meant we had to wait a significant amount of time after check in to use the golf cart and had to take time out to fill out documents. 4. Cameras are outside and inside the garage. The garage is the interior of the residence and should not be there. In addition, the cameras were never disclosed. I was advised by the rental group they were actively recording only after calling and asking.”

“READ ALL. We loved the house it’s a beautiful home and has everything you need and space for a large family and the air hokey and games were a big hit with the kids we would stay again. Overall it was clean but we did find some fingernail clippings in one of the kids beds which was very concerning. The added golf cart made a huge difference without that o don’t think we could have enjoyed the stay as much the beach is a bit more than a five minute walk as stated more like 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach access. The worst part of the whole trip was the codes for the front door and gate and pool that was provided didn’t allow entry and had to call and email the host every time which was very frustrating the pool code never worked for us and I got tried of emailing. This is something that can be fixed very easy with a welcome packet with the codes for all the amenities.”

“The house definitely matches the photos and description. The entire house felt and smelled clean the entire 7 days we stayed. We did have an issue with cockroaches found in the bathrooms in 1st & 3rd floor and a spider in the 2nd floor bedroom. Asides from that everything was spotless. Few issues we ran into though. The lack of control on the thermostat didnt feel too welcoming. 2nd & 3rd floor was hot upon arrival though it got better throughout the week. However, the 2nd floor bedroom remained hotter than the rest of the house and had to use the ceiling fan 24/7. Another big issue was the wifi coverage. It only reaches the first floor mainly the living room area. It does not reach the 3rd floor at all. This made it difficult to make plans via internet because our 5G TMobile around destin wasnt strong either. Also, for the amount we paid for 7 days we felt like the house shouldve came with beach umbrellas and chairs as it is very close to the beach. Solid house & stay overall 4/5”
