“Condo needs to have mainatence done, Curtains did not open and close properly. One curtain in master bedroom too small in window so did not cover window properly. It is very difficult to go in and out on patio from bedroom with hot tub, the curtain would not open properl Ants were throughout the kitchen and dining area. The ants really disgusted me, there were even ants in the information book that was on the table. The 4 slice toaster in the kitchen did not work properly only 2 slices could be made at a time. There was dirty silverware in the kitchen drawer. Master bathroom needs painting under sink and there was a tremendous amount of dust build up over the bathroom door and ceiling. Bathroom tub water spout didn't work properly. One of the hot tub air vents could not be open. Also there is not enough hot water to accomodate using the hot tub. The garage exit ramps are way too narrow, I know nothing can be done about that but with larger vehicles it was very tight.”

“Our family Enjoyed our stay at The Pelican Perch! The room was exactly what we needed and the views were perfect! It’s a pretty good walk from the room to the beach so a cart or bag is definitely recommended. I loved the parking garage so our vehicle wasn’t hot when we wanted to load up and go anywhere. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent condo! We have stayed at this condo in this past but never this unit. We are most definitely staying at Beach Manor 414 in the future. Views don’t get much better than this. Clean, close to beach, pool, gym, walking paths.”
