“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Stayed for a full week with no working ac in the condo. Temps in the condo were between 79-80 degrees. I would Never recommend or use five star again. I would have never accepted this stay for the price I paid for a full week knowing the condo did not have ac. They never reached out to me about trying to help the situation. I had to call daily and never given accurate information. Zero customer service. They admittedly agreed that we fell through the cracks of not being a professional company management. DO NOT USE FIVE STAR”
