“Upon arrival the 3rd floor thermostat was on 86 degrees. It took 28 hours for the 3rd floor to actually get to an appropriate sleeping level and every single night it would reset to 80 degrees if you didn’t constantly touch the thermostat every couple hours. All of the children’s feet were black from walking around the unit. We ended up buying a mop and vacuuming and mopping the entire unit so our feet weren’t black. This Airbnb advertises a “hot tub” but the hot tub heat does not work and half of the time the hot tub would get so low it was only about a foot deep. Whenever we got to the place the hot tub was empty. When we called about the problems we were spoken to rudely by five star and were hung up on. They sent a maintenance man to our house at 10:30 at night and he just walked right into the door using the pin code and woke up my two children with no warning that he was coming. It could’ve ended really bad. I would not recommend this house or this company.”
