“Loved my stay! Great, clean, big space with a nice view. Definitely would stay again.”

“We would never stay at Wyndham Beach Cottages again. Check-in was 1.5 miles from the cottage location on a dark, hard to see street. We found out how to check-in after hours by making random phone calls to Wyndham phone numbers. Frustrating. A greeter tried to sign us up for sales presentations during check-in. There was an asphalt parking lot and bar view, not the canal/pool view in the images. The bar was noisy. Upon entry there were steep stairs that led into hallway positioned set of bunk beds and no safety gate. The cooking pans were stored under the kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Unsanitary. The walls are thin. The downstair unit fan vibrated our floors. The downstairs occupants could be heard. We contacted the argumentative manager the next day to ask for a check-in phone number be placed at the office for late arrivals so others would not deal with this and was told that a text was sent to explain instructions. No it wasn't. They did not have our phone number on file.”

“They book like a hotel, reservation got cancelled the morning of arrival due to over booking. This isn’t a true air bnb”

“I can't give an accurate review of the location because we were relocated the day before our arrival date due to "overbooking". Mind you, we had this booked since September. They put us in a hotel, not near the beach and refunded part of our money as a way to say sorry. In my opinion that was not good enough for someone else's incompetence. Fortunately we still had a wonderful vacation despite this places inconveniences it put on me and my family. Going from a spacious condo to a single hotel room was not in our plans but we made it work. All in all I will never book with them again. If you are looking for a place that treats you right with impeccable customer service stay at the Hyatt Place near The Baytowne Wharf. Wonderful hotel.”

“Less than 24 hours before we arrived, my room was canceled- they said no longer available. They did book us in a different hotel at no cost to me but what we had planned and what we got were two different things. Very disappointed. Will never book there again and would not trust them.”
