Cobia Coast in Miramar Beach, Florida

“We LOVED our stay here! I don’t even know where to start. The location is amazing!! Close to the beach but still a little secluded. The golf cart was amazing to help get things to the beach however it was hard to find beach parking during busy hours. The house was close enough that we could take the golf cart back and just walk to the beach (without all our stuff in tow)! We loved having the pool and outdoor space to hang out if we were tired of the beach or didn’t want to pack everything up! John with Cobia Coast was incredible! He called to welcome us around check in and to make sure we had everything we needed. We did have a minor plumbing leak and AC issue when we arrived but John had people out to look at it/fix it within hours of letting him know. They also offered a partial refund for any inconvenience. You can tell he wants to be an exceptional host and for his guests to enjoy their stay! We are definitely planning to be back!!”

They came to greet us and make sure we were doing good. In addition, their recommendation for the Grocery Girls was perfect. We walked into the home with everything we needed in place. It was truly a magical 50 th birthday.”

“This home worked out great for our family gathering. It is very spacious, loved the balconies and outdoor living spaces. The pool area is fantastic - everyone enjoyed the pool, spa, volleyball court and mini-golf areas. Short walk to the private beach was a real plus. We did run into a couple issues, however, Cobia Coast was very responsive and helpful. Very much appreciated! We would definitely use Cobia Coast to rent from in this area again.”

“Host was super responsive and took care of our requests on time everytime. We have a couple of maintenance issues (minor) and they addressed this within hours. The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures.”
