“We LOVED our stay here! I don’t even know where to start. The location is amazing!! Close to the beach but still a little secluded. The golf cart was amazing to help get things to the beach however it was hard to find beach parking during busy hours. The house was close enough that we could take the golf cart back and just walk to the beach (without all our stuff in tow)! We loved having the pool and outdoor space to hang out if we were tired of the beach or didn’t want to pack everything up! John with Cobia Coast was incredible! He called to welcome us around check in and to make sure we had everything we needed. We did have a minor plumbing leak and AC issue when we arrived but John had people out to look at it/fix it within hours of letting him know. They also offered a partial refund for any inconvenience. You can tell he wants to be an exceptional host and for his guests to enjoy their stay! We are definitely planning to be back!!”

“Beautiful home and surroundings. Our family of nine loved this place. Kids are in early to mid-twenties and we all loved the beach, patio and balcony spaces, pool, ping table, and bikes. The house was very clean. The house is pretty sound proof from all outside beach traffic. Cobia was extremely responsive to questions and requests throughout our stay. In the future I will seek out any home managed by Cobia for a guaranteed well managed vacation rental.”

“This home worked out great for our family gathering. It is very spacious, loved the balconies and outdoor living spaces. The pool area is fantastic - everyone enjoyed the pool, spa, volleyball court and mini-golf areas. Short walk to the private beach was a real plus. We did run into a couple issues, however, Cobia Coast was very responsive and helpful. Very much appreciated! We would definitely use Cobia Coast to rent from in this area again.”

“Host was super responsive and took care of our requests on time everytime. We have a couple of maintenance issues (minor) and they addressed this within hours. The house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures.”

“This stay was truly magical! I was so worried about finding a space to accommodate our larger group, but this listing was perfect. Everyone was able to have their own private space, while there was still large public spaces for us all to gather comfortably. The kitchen is immaculate and the fridge in the pool wing was perfect for us to store our drinks, freeing up so much room in the main fridge. The backyard is perfect. We were able to have some sit by the firepit, while others tried their luck on the putting green. It’s so close to the public beach access and a quick drive to some of the best restaurants and bars. This will be my first inquiry next time we visit!!”

“We cannot say enough good things about this home. It was perfect for our 16 adult family member reunion. Plenty of space for all hands on deck gatherings, meals and card games. And, plenty of space for private conversations. Kitchens had exactly what we needed for meal prep and serving our crew. Restaurants galore and heaven knows there are more than enough retail merchants within short travel distances. Only complaint, the pictures don't come close to showing the beauty and spaciousness of the home. Everyone was impressed with the home. Thank you for sharing it with us. You've sold us, we look forward to future stays!”
