“I was expecting more. The emails received by Coastline had a rude tone, missing information and a golf cart that was a bit of a hazard. I get that people don't want to spend a ton of money on a golf cart that someone else will use, but it at least needs to be properly maintained and not a hazard. One of the headlights were out and it was not particularly safe to drive at night. The emails from the property manager from the beginning had a rude tone. They also sent automated emails asking for information that had already been supplied. But I just thought well, this is a nice place and it's nice because they have high standards. Well, that turned out not to be the case. The condo is a bit dated. It needs some TLC. It's a great location and they could really have a gem on their hands. The condo also has an ant problem. The kitchen is crawling with ants. Not a terrible place just didn't live up the expectations set by the tone and duplicative nature of their communication.”

“Our stay had some enjoyable moments, but several areas need improvement for a resort marketed as exclusive. There was no onsite concierge, which made getting help difficult during the busy holiday period. The room lacked basic complimentary amenities like coffee, tea, or bottled water, and the description could be clearer. Noise was a major issue. The walls were extremely thin, and with the family‑oriented environment, it was loud throughout the stay, making it hard to relax. Resort events weren’t communicated at check‑in, and there were no flyers or information in the room, so we missed activities like the vendor event and fireworks. We did enjoy the night swimming at the pool, but overall, better communication, amenities, and soundproofing would greatly improve the experience. This experience could be easily due the holiday and high traffic.”

“Everything was great and just as described. The view was great and we could walk out to the beach which was just what we wanted for this trip! We will definitely stay again.”

“Super cute house and was plenty of space for our family of 4. There were little ants within the kitchen space when we arrived. Otherwise, clean space! Would recommend bringing a speaker since the golf cart didn’t have one.”
