Coastline Real Estate & Property Management

Coastline Real Estate & Property Management's guest rating of 4.74 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

We had a good time in the end so I don’t really care

Super cute house and was plenty of space for our family of 4. There were little ants within the kitchen space when we arrived. Otherwise, clean space! Would recommend bringing a speaker since the golf cart didn’t have one.

Layout of condo was nice, but bottom bunk fell through when one of our sons laid down to go to bed, garage door didn’t work properly and we had to manually shut it every time, one of the plexiglass windshields on the golf cart came off while driving to Baytowne, remote in Master Bedroom did not work. We’ve stayed at this resort several times and this was our least favorite condo

Location is great and convenient. Be prepared to spend money above and beyond to pay for garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, etc. for the money, these should have been provided and the host was not kind about our concerns. Garbage/trash is on the complete opposite side of the property and inconvenient. This made the experience unpleasant. I would choose a hotel over this property for the money.

The amenities, right on the beach and the pool, were probably the best part of this place. The water pressure in the main bedroom SUCKED AND HAD NO PRESSURE. I reached out via text, and never got a response or anything so our family of 5 essentially shared the smaller kids bathroom. The headboard sucked, it was straight iron and could not find a comfortable position. TVs were very small and were not smart TVs. Every other AirBnb that I've stayed at had Smart TVs (this one was trivial but just irked me). We enjoyed our stay overall but the water pressure is what truly turned us off and lack of response from the owners. We will be back to Destin and maybe try another area on the resort. The resort itself was beautiful and we felt very safe staying there. It was a great time, but just wish some things were different.

Overall unit was good, some quirks with some of doors (hard to close, wouldn't stay open, etc). Not accommodating to even a 30 minute early check in, and when we finally could check we were provided incorrect code. Location was great, walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops, and located outside of the tourist centric areas, so traffic was more bearable.

Both rental units had insect problem that disturbs my enjoyment of the units, I should be entitled to a full refund for both stays. First, contacted host right away and let them know the situation. Claire replied and said the next day I could move. The request came with a full charge and they assured me it wouldn’t get charged and or credited. Didn’t happen. Second place had huge roaches we killed over a dozen. Took pictures and if I would see a slight movement of anything I got jumpy and couldn't sleep. We were scared to move freely in the space. No kitchen use. Couldn’t use either of the patios dirty and creatures. Termites and huge roaches. Furniture is obviously photoshop because the couch was dirty and full of black animal hair. They over charged when we were moved $1300and we had no money for trip expenses. The money for second place was credited once we got home. I spent the whole trip texting and on the phone with Airbnb because the host went ghost and stop communication.Waste

We’re pretty picky about the places we stay. This was our least favorite. We prefer a “homey” place to stay and this felt very hotel”ish”. There were no special touches or extra little items to make it seem special. It was clean but not spotless. We stood in the entrance for 30 minutes because the code given to us didn’t work upon arrival, nor did the second or third. Lots of issues getting the door to lock each time we left and The bedroom Door in 6131 doesn’t latch, which is an issue regarding privacy. The resort pool is fabulous. It’s big and the surrounding area is beautiful. Parking was easy and the walk to the beach isn’t bad at all. The beds are very comfortable. The balcony view is of the parking lot but the balcony is big and wonderful to sit on early in the morning drinking coffee. Overall it was a good stay, just not what our family Prefers.

I don’t like being told something and then getting told something totally different I’m a person of my word and how I was done was very belittled

Whenever we come to Florida, we stay in Santa Rosa and usually book the same place. This time, I decided to try a new property. The pictures looked great, and the decor was very nice. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet my expectations. I found a long strand of hair on one of the pillows, and there was used shampoo left in the master shower. Also wall had lots of noticeable stains. Another issue was parking. The garage was off-limits to guests, even though the listing stated the driveway fits two cars. We have a lifted truck, which took up the entire driveway, so I asked about using the garage and was told to park in overflow parking down the road near the pool. Overall, the home was pretty, but these details impacted our experience.
