“Overall, we had a great stay and we loved the place! I gave 4 stars because: The AC automatically turns up to 77°F in the middle of the night while everyone is sleeping and it gets hot really quickly. I had to wake up every night at 1-2am to get up and turn the thermostat back down. That was very annoying. The other reason is because there is no baby gate for the stairs. There was other baby things like high chairs and changing table padding, but no baby gate. Would recommend one being added to the closet to prevent injury to the little ones on the wooden stairs. Everything else was fantastic and we would definitely consider booking again in the future!”

“This was a great place to stay overall. The only issue I experienced was with the check-in process. The cleaning crew was there for well over an hour past the scheduled check-in time, so we had to wait outside the front door in the rain and lightning with seven children. I communicated this to the host, who was very apologetic and responsive. Besides the delayed check-in, we had no other issues during our stay. Unfortunately, because of my experience at the beginning of the trip, I would choose to stay somewhere else in the future.”
