“While the accommodations were beautiful, we ran into moderate issues. Bathtub clogged but was fixed immediately. Light switches are complicated. Some seemed to work while others did not. We never figured out how to turn on lights in hallways and overhead in bedroom.”

“Host was helpful and responsive. Check in and out was very smooth. Waking up and being on the ocean is great and the short walk from the elevator to the beach was great. We have stayed mostly in 30A and not having to load all your things onto a golf cart or car and then walk and carry or things a long way to the beach was a nice change. We didn’t get to use the the pool very much as multiple times we went down to swim it was closed until the next day. Other than that it was very relaxing and just what we needed before back to work and kids starting in school.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained, and the location right on the water was absolutely beautiful. The chair service on the beach was very accommodating and made our days by the water so easy and relaxing. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and we truly felt right at home the entire stay. We would definitely book this condo again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free beach getaway.”

“Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing and perfect. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. We could only park 3 cars at the property. We had to park the other cars in an off site lot maybe 5 minutes away, that was $35 per day. We could have not gotten everyone there in 3 cars. Just make sure you read everything. I think I was just to excited because my sister is the one that brought it to my attention about the parking, by then we were booked and paid in full. Other than the parking we really enjoyed this property a lot. I would definitely recommend. The host was amazing.”
