“My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The place is a great location to many amenities and we especially loved our time at the community pool. The only minor negative with our stay was the private beach area access is small and therefore congested. We resorted to going to the beach early (8:30am)/leaving early to avoid this. Everything else was great and we’d recommend this to anyone looking for a small, comfortable place with great access to Rosemary and Alys. Lastly, the hosts were communicative which was helpful. Overall, happy with our choice!”

“You will not find a better place to stay for EASY access to white sand and clear blue water. Amazing place for a family with kids, felt at home. Black out curtains and sound machines already in the room made it easy for the kids to sleep in or midday naps! The view from the balcony is beautiful and didn’t get a lot of noise from the pool. Speaking of, the pools were always clean and never felt crowded, great for all ages! Between being so close to the beach and having a complimentary umbrella/2chairs put out for you(by request to beach attendant each morning), you don’t feel like you have to pack up half your stuff to haul down to the beach with you. Those of you with kids know, the less you have to take with you the better. This place is worth every penny and the host is very quick with responding, I never felt like i was bothering them! Thank you!! Our new favorite spot to stay!”

“From the moment we walked in and heard the soothing spa music playing, we knew we were in for a relaxing week. Each morning, enjoying coffee on the balcony while watching dolphins in the distance was an added bonus and one of our favorite parts of the stay. The thoughtful touches—like providing all-purpose cleaner and laundry detergent—made everything even more comfortable and convenient. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Beach Stay’s condo on 30A! The location is just perfect. The condo building is gated and you are just steps to the beach. The private location meant the beach was not crowded which we loved. We were a super close drive to all the restaurants - less than 10 min to Old Florida Fish House and The Big Chill which was so great with kids. The Publix is super close as well. Overall, the condo was clean, very nice, and the host was easy to work with. We would stay here again!”

“This is an outstanding condo! It's been renovated and has nice design touches in the the bathrooms. Location is great to everything Ft. Walton Beach. Only a few minute drive to Destin for a long list of things to do. Management was very prompt with responses and could tell that they bend over backwards to deliver great service. April is a great month to be at the beach! Weather is great, beaches aren't nearly as busy as summer months. Condo itself is perfect for family of 6-7. The Patio is the exclamation point for this place. We had coffee and watched the dolphins swim each morning! Very good place for the money! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Our stay was flawless. The condo was beautiful with everything you could need. The view was to die for! We had 30 others staying in the area and our condo was by far the nicest of the 2 bedroom. Very cozy! Only thing I didn’t like was not getting the door code until it was check in time. Flying in from out of state and not having a code by check in made me very anxious. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay again!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! Everything was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt fresh and up to date. The space was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze with clear, simple directions, and the building itself was by far the best we’ve stayed in. So many little details were just perfect and truly made our quick trip worth every dime. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free beach getaway!”
