“Unit was in a picture perfect spot near the beach. Lovely condo, just outdated living room furniture and fixtures.”

“While this beachfront condo has incredible potential, our stay fell short due to a lack of basic amenities and guest provisions. The condo itself was neat and clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as expected.The beach setups was completely inadequate. Despite booking a condo that sleeps four people for a four-day stay, we were only given one single day of access to two beach chairs and one umbrella. With our group of four, this meant two of us had no chairs to sit on and nothing to sit on for the duration of our trip. Furthermore, the unit itself provided no beach chairs or beach towels of its own. Purchasing these items ourselves took away from the convenience of a beachfront rental.While this beachfront condo has incredible potential, our stay fell short due to a severe lack of basic amenities and guest provisions.The kitchen amenities were incredibly sparse, making it very difficult to cook. There was no oil, no coffee pods, and not even basic salt, pepper, or spices.”

“Overall my stay was okay, but the photos make it seem like it was a waterfront view when it was a view of the parking lot, and the clogged bathroom sink was not good. Plus the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night having to be evacuated was unpleasant. The area and price was nice, but google maps took us to another neighborhood when i clicked the link provided by the Avari email. I would still recommend them, though.”

“Lack of checkin instructions with many emails. Roaches inside. Lied about check out time, reservation says 11am and was forced out at 10am. Their reps don't know anything and have to go find out any simple request. Hard pass”
