Mike Z Rentals reviews in Florida

“We had a mixed stay. Inside, the home was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with dishes, appliances, and helpful starter supplies. However, the outdoor spaces need serious attention. Both the front and back patios were filthy and hadn't been swept or wiped down in a while. The furniture cushions were mildew and dirt stained. Only some of the remotes for the exterior lights and fans worked. The pool had been set to 104° for over two weeks and was unusable until day 3. Overall, The interior is great, but the outdoor maintenance and cleanliness require significant improvement, especially when paying over $500 per night.”

“Great place to stay in Bonita. Host is very professional and responsive. Will definitely return.”
