“Peaceful relaxing”

“Pros: House was beautiful! Lots of space! Nice area, video games were fun and nice amenities. If you have babies or small children (we did not) they have you covered! Cons: 1) upon check-in the floors were not cleaned well. Several hair tumbleweeds 🤢! All the rugs were dirty, as if they forgot to shake them. We did send a message and they did offer to come out but we had already cleaned the floors up! They were prompt in their response. 2) There is no way to control the temperature in the house. It would be conducive if they allowed a 5 degree lock out. 66 degrees at one point then it got super hot- 75 degrees, plan on a blanket/sweatshirts. 3) The pool and hot tub were clean but cold, we did not expect this is June- still fun though! 4) The gate code was changed without notification!!! We were stuck until a car behind us, told us the new code 😠 Overall, this house is good, I would recommend with some caveats.”

“Upon initial check-in, the unit seemed very nice and clean. However, after the first night, we noticed a single cockroach, we weren’t too worried about it as the host informed us that the property is treated monthly for pests, and the house book stated that some bugs may wander in. By the fourth night of our stay, it was very clear that this was not just a wandering pest, but instead, the unit was infested with cockroaches. After informing the host, they let us know that an exterminator would come out however we were not willing to stay in the unit as we began finding cockroach feces everywhere, including in the bed. We were told that they could not put us in a new unit since our checkout was coming up the next day. I informed the host that we would not be staying and would be requesting a refund. I did not get a response until after I contacted the Airbnb team. The message following from the co-host was purely questioning the involvement of Airbnb in the matter. Ruined my vacation!”

“The house itself is nice and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. After a long day of traveling, we discovered hair and stains on multiple bed sheets, which meant we had to strip beds and search through the house for clean linens before we could even go to sleep. There was also hair in the bathrooms and the bathroom sink appeared not to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. In addition, the neighborhood was much noisier than expected, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. What was most frustrating was that despite bringing these cleanliness issues to the host’s attention, no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered for the inconvenience. Having to spend our first evening cleaning and remaking beds after traveling all day was not how we expected to start our vacation. While the home itself is attractive, the cleanliness standards and response to guest concerns need significant improvement.”

“The house is very confortable and just like described. Perfect location, 15 min from Disney parks. Strong recommend and will be back in our next time in Orlando.”
