“The experience was mixed and, frankly, below what the listing suggests. The advertised capacity of up to 5 guests is quite unrealistic. We were two adults on a work trip and it already felt tight: one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living area, which also needs to be folded away every day. The dining setup is very small (realistically suitable for no more than two people), which limits the functionality of the space. The apartment is new and visually appealing, but the equipment is quite basic. There were no supplies that are generally considered standard nowadays (trash bags, coffee, salt, pepper, etc.), which affects overall comfort. The building is modern and the common areas that are available are of very high quality —especially the workspace and upper-floor social areas. However, a key issue: during our stay, both the gym and the pool were not available. In a property of this type, in this location, and at this price point, this is not a minor detail.”

“Maria was very nice and responsive just a little disappointed that some of the amenities were closed due to construction during our stay (outdoor spaces/pool area). Other than that, the place is beautiful and clean.”
