“Elser Hotel Miami was a great host. Upon arrival a bellman was ready and able to assist with luggage, waited throughout the check in process and escorted me to my room. The room was clean and was fully stocked for all my needs. The view of the bay/city was breathtaking!!!! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would book again.”
