“Elser Hotel Miami was a great host. Upon arrival a bellman was ready and able to assist with luggage, waited throughout the check in process and escorted me to my room. The room was clean and was fully stocked for all my needs. The view of the bay/city was breathtaking!!!! I definitely enjoyed my stay and would book again.”airbnb

“This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at when I was in Miami. The host was very communicative before arrival and was there to answer any questions that I may have had. The place was extremely spotless with an immaculate view of the bay and the city. I felt extremely safe and also the amenities that were offered were spectacular. Will be back!”airbnb

“Room was nice but small, hotel was nice gym and pool is cute and nice amenity to have. As far as parking the in building parking is way too expensive 0-3 hours with no in and out privilege was 20$.. and 60$ for all day. Do not recommend parking here at all. As far as check in wish they had mentioned how to change the reservation name earlier so I could enjoy my complete stay the night of check in from 11pm instead of 4pm. Was just a staycation for my birthday was made too complicated for what it was. Second key card wasn’t working and had problems. Also tv would not connect to internet had to call someone up. Just wish everything was way more smooth and parking was more accommodating and not trying to drain you of all your money.”airbnb

“Too many fees . Incidental fee , amenity fee that you get charged daily . $400 deposit is ridiculous”airbnb

“Breakfast table was very nasty sticky and dirty. It took me 25 minutes to clean and ask for services to help. It took me 4 trys of calling before anyone picked up.”airbnb

“I recently stayed at The Elser and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. For a stay that cost $2,400, I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, service, and overall professionalism. The unit itself was not clean upon arrival. The bed appeared dirty, and the couch, rugs, and bathrooms were all in poor condition, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, especially at this price point, and it simply was not met. Communication was also lacking throughout the stay. There was little clarity or responsiveness when issues came up, which added to the frustration. To make matters worse, my late checkout was revoked, even though my check-in had already been delayed. That inconsistency felt unfair and poorly managed. Overall, the experience did not match the cost or expectations. I would not consider this stay worth the price and would not return based on this experience.”airbnb
