“The host did not respond for a long time and when asked for a refund refused and left me with no ability to check in and had to get another location. very unsatisfactory”

“I would not stay here again. Upon arrival, I saw a huge roach in the lobby. The floor where the apartment was located was loud, with grocery carts throughout the hallway. The apartment itself was fairly clean, but the walls were dirty and it needed updates. A woman was sleeping on a lobby bench with her belongings overnight and was still there the next morning. On another night, we saw what appeared to be people using drugs in their cars and people roaming around outside. I felt unsafe, especially when staying alone. The worst part was the final night. I returned from work around 2 a.m. and couldn’t enter the building because the entry keypad was out of service. No one was able to get me inside, so I had to sleep in my car until shortly after 9 a.m. Being locked out for roughly seven hours overnight was unacceptable. Between the building conditions, safety concerns, and lack of reliable access, I cannot recommend this stay.”

“Went above and beyond with amazing customer service. We had some hiccups in our travel plans and the hosts were beyond accommodating and quick to respond. Could not be happier with the unit…it was wonderful and clean. When we make it back down there to visit, we will most certainly check to see if this unit is available. Would give it 5+ rating.”
