“The place itself was PERFECT and I would come again. Place was spotless and had all the necessities. However I hated the building’s policies. $50 amenity fee $25 bag storage fee - which would have been fine but after charging my card, they wanted me to fill out a form and put my full credit card number on it. I absolutely refused. The front desk personnel couldn’t get in contact with a manager after I requested. Also before checking in, I asked the host for late check out because of my evening flight. I never received a response. However, I found it ironic when it was time to leave, I received a text asking me what time I planned on leaving after my late check out request was unanswered for 5 days. The building policy/ management and ignored/neglected late checkout was the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.”

“The apartment was beautiful and spacious, peaceful and private, along with CLEAN and ready for us. I would suggest that the plants on the balcony be replaced with faux plants for better aesthetic purposes and maybe a bit more descriptive on check-in instructions and garage information. But aside from that I had a wonderful stay here and am very satisfied 🙂”

“Loved the stay overall. Perfect for short stays just to explore the area. Feels right and home and is an extremely clean space with sufficient amenities. I truly understand why this place is always booked out. My only complaint would be that the front desk had no wifi to offer guests (this is extremely important for international travellers) but I understand this is out mostly of the host's control. Also, bare in mind that the second bed is a sofa bed, which is stated on the page but could easily be overlooked. Definitely booking here again if I decide to come back to Wynwood.”
