“We did not stay in the apartment. Police had cordoned off surrounding streets making it difficult to reach the apartment. We were 2 hours early for check in but looked in the window and could see the flooring had gaps in it needing repaired and also that the kitchen cabinets were down to the bare mdf. There was a noticeable stench emanating from the apartment that we were aware of even from outside. We did not feel safe our comfortable to stay and did not wish to stay somewhere that appeared not to be clean or in a good state of repair so we cancelled and ended up booking a hotel”

“Muy recomendado, me encantó que estuve a pocos minutos de los lugares en los que tenía que ir. Gustavo siempre estuvo pendiente de que yo esté cómoda. El lugares muy como pero máximo para 3 o 4 personas, más de eso no lo recomiendo, pero si es cómodo el lugar para descansar. Definitivamente yo le doy y 10 de 10”

“Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. The location in the Design District is convenient — close to Wynwood and bus stops, and the free parking is a real plus in Miami. Check-in process was smooth and the building has a nice common area. However, there are some things that need attention: the shower was not clean and the curtain rod is rusted — both should really be replaced. The AC was loud and didn’t cool the room well, which in Miami is a problem. Also, while the neighborhood is fine during the day, walking in and out at night feels uncomfortable due to homeless presence in the area. Overall a decent stay for the price, but the host should invest in some maintenance, especially the bathroom and AC.”

“Un buen alojamiento, cerca a locales y minimarkes para compras de víveres, lugar tranquilo, seguro, me gusto y volvería a contratar, mis hijos pudieron recrear se en el jardín. Fue excelente”
