Primazzo Stays's guest rating of 4.62 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The garage gate would not open. Multiple times we would have to reach out and call the front desk just for them to manually open the gate and the inner gates. Very inconvenient, especially late at night.”airbnb

“My stay was okay. First, the unit did NOT match the pictures. I thought I reserved an apartment with a black sofa and beautiful color block area rug, and it was a shabby taupe one with mismatched blue seat cushion. This host has multiple units, and you may not get the one in the pictures. I looked at the listing after check in and this information is not provided from what I could find. This place is fine if you are looking for an "executive" experience, but by no means does it come with all the comforts of home. The kitchen has the mere basics of mismatched cookware, a total of 2 spoons, and plastic cooking utensils. Also, ONE already started roll of TP for a week stay is ridiculous. I had to buy pods for the dishwasher, paper towels, and all my own essentials so be prepared. They provide this info in the CONFIRMATION email, not B4 booking. The water was out on Thursday for almost the whole day. It came back on at 7pm. There was no communication from the host.”airbnb

“Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. The location in the Design District is convenient — close to Wynwood and bus stops, and the free parking is a real plus in Miami. Check-in process was smooth and the building has a nice common area. However, there are some things that need attention: the shower was not clean and the curtain rod is rusted — both should really be replaced. The AC was loud and didn’t cool the room well, which in Miami is a problem. Also, while the neighborhood is fine during the day, walking in and out at night feels uncomfortable due to homeless presence in the area. Overall a decent stay for the price, but the host should invest in some maintenance, especially the bathroom and AC.”airbnb

“I would stay here again. It was a good value. The place was comfortable and had what I needed. It was private and I liked that there are parking spaces. It was a 15 minute Uber ride to the beach where you would typically layout on the sand. It was walking distance to Miami art district which was fun to walk through. The only thing I noticed is that the hot water was not working and I let them know that on the 2nd day of my trip but didn’t get a response.”airbnb

“We had a good stay! The community amenities are amazing. We loved walking through the golf course, taking our toddlers down the playground (walking distance), and swimming at the two clubhouses. Proximity to Disney was great. Few things to note: - The host did not provide us correct check in instructions. We arrived after a long day of travel and were told by their security that we were not registered. Only after involving Airbnb Support did the host provide a code that gave us access to the community. Additionally, the host did not mention that you must get a printed parking pass from security upon check in. Without it, you may be towed. - The unit needs a good deep clean and some TLC. We sent the host pictures of dirty floors, dirt and hairs on baseboards, stains on the walls, and broken blinds. A cleaner was sent back out, which was appreciated, however they still overlooked some of the cleaning issues. With these exceptions, the space was comfortable and well supplied.”airbnb

“The space itself was very nicely set up and had the potential for a comfortable stay. However, we did experience a few issues that affected our visit. The Wi-Fi was not working, there were no clean towels available upon arrival, and some of the dishes were not clean. We requested towels and did receive them the following day, but not the same day, which made it difficult to wash dishes in the meantime. There were also no garbage bags or basic cleaning supplies provided, so we needed to purchase our own. With a few improvements to these basic amenities, this could be a great place to stay.”airbnb

“When we first got there the smell and the cleaning expectations were not what you would expect. To start off the smell was not fresh and there was dust everywhere. The kitchen sink was noticeably dirty and the fridge was nasty inside. The bathroom was very small and the floor was all stained, on top of that we had seen a bug crawling around. Once we got into bed they were uncomfortable, and once we went to check the frame under it was all broken. Every time we would try to go outside the lock on the door would be a problem since we didn’t get clear instructions on how to lock it, and we had struggled a lot with that problem the most during our stay. The area is not the worst but definitely not the best either. Definitely do not recommend.”airbnb

“The apartment itself is nice and in a great location. However, the WiFinis completely unusable. I requested them to fix it several times and each time they pretended to fix it but it never worked properly. It was also freezing for 2 days during my stay. I requested a space heater. They said they would bring one and the same thing happened - they never brought the heater.”airbnb
