“The fuse ball table needs some sort of protectors on the non handle bar side - it ripped my leggings and I got injury from scraping the metal sharp rod. Also the shower curtain should be changed… Maybe one that is a little heavier , the light one just floats around in the air and it’s very inconvenient to shower with. Other than that all good. Thank you .”

“This is a beautiful stay! The rims are very spacious and the pool is beautiful. There is a grill that was ready to use the moment we got in. Everything was clean and in very good shape. We would love to be back!”

“The apartment was clean and in order. Neighborhood looks like it's in a transition phase but was and felt very safe. I was there for work and it was peaceful and quiet. Roosters crowing in the morning ( welcome to Miami!), but it was actually kind of nice in it's own weird way. Overall I had a great stay in a great apartment. The crew at Newman Hospitality are amazing. Highly recommend this apartment. It is close to everything. It took me 15 minutes to drive to the Convention Center and 5 minutes to get to the Wynwood restaurant area. A plus is the 1 free parking spot in back of property. If you have to park in the street it's also very safe. Stayed for 3 weeks and NEVER had an issue in area or with neighbors. I travel to Miami about 4 times a year... found a new place to stay. THANK YOU!!!!”

“Alles in allem gut, freundliche Kommunikation, schnelle Antwort, Wynwood ist eine gute Nachbarschaft. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut Was mir nicht gefallen hat: - es riecht nach Reinigungsmittel in der Unterkunft - es waren Moskitos in der Wohnung bei Ankunft - es gibt keinen schönen Ausblick (man guckt auf eine Mauer/Parkplatz) - es gibt kein extra Sicherheitsriegel an der Tür nur das einfache Schloss mit Zahlen - relativ laut mit Hühnern, Flugzeugen”
