“The views were beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The condition of the property was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price. Both the interior and exterior of the home were dirty and poorly maintained. The outdoor furniture was unusable, and much of the pool furniture was torn apart, with the filling exposed. We found used cups still containing drinks left around the property, dog waste in the landscaping, fishing line hanging from trees, and old fishing rods abandoned on the rocks. The fire pit was also old, rusted, and in poor condition. Overall, the property appeared neglected and did not match the expectations set by the listing or the premium rate being charged. While the views are undeniably stunning, they are not enough to justify the cost. For the price, guests should expect a clean, well-maintained home. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.”
