“We’ve been to trump multiple times so we def knew what to expect . Great place with washer / dryer and full kitchen : lots of outdoor spaces (multiple balconies and a big terrace ) . Def showing signs of wear and tear in the unit but also in the hotel itself . However / we came more for the beach and overall location due to proximity of all restaurants and stores . It was a great week and even the seaweed managed to be very minimal !”

“We loved everything about our stay here! Having a true 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout was perfect for our group, giving our kids plenty of space and their own bathroom. The condo was immaculate, flooded with natural light, and featured a great kitchen and a beautiful balcony. The Yacht Club at Aventura grounds are well kept. This place exceeded all of our expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed( plates, glass,pots, utensils) the beds were ultra-comfortable, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a lifesaver. The Yacht Club is beautiful, and our kids loved the pool and tennis courts. Checking in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is unbeatable—super close to the beach, groceries, and major roads. Highly recommend!"”

“Wonderful area, walkable large sidewalks in neighborhood. Extremely close proximity to Aventura Mall which is a big plus. Great access to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Only minor issue was the bathroom doors and patio door were difficult to open and close.”
