“Really enjoyed our stay here! Spacious and clean apartment right in South Beach”

“This was the worst Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The apartment was in unacceptable condition. The door lock was broken, so the apartment could not be secured and was essentially left open at all times, which felt very unsafe, especially since we were traveling with a small child. There were hairs everywhere and the kitchen was extremely dirty, with utensils lying on the floor next to the trash bin. The windows would not open and to make matters worse, the fire alarm was constantly beeping loudly the entire time. We originally booked the apartment for a month, but we were only able to stay one night because the conditions were simply unlivable. The only reason we stayed even that long was because we had nowhere else to go late at night with a child. The host initially promised a full refund, but later went back on their word and refunded only $297 out of $3,100. We ended up losing a significant amount of money on top of an extremely stressful experience”

“Had a good 4 night stay in Miami Beach. A great location, just a few minutes walk to the busy part of Ocean Drive, but far enough away not to be bothered by noise. The condo was large and spacious with two large bedrooms and the basic amenities that you’d need when staying in a condo. TVs in all rooms and the WiFi was good, although didn’t work on the balcony for some reason. Maybe it was a sign not to be head down in my phone. Would recommend the condo to anyone.”
