“I stayed here for an almost a week and a half and it definitely became homey soon. Definitely very close to a lot of South Beach attractions. Private place with friendly neighbors. The space actually felt bigger than the pictures let on. The one downside was the noise. Visiting during Memorial Day weekend meant a lot of noise from outside that was very loud. Or the sounds from neighboring apartments. There were a couple of times I woke up in the middle of the night thinking someone was entering just because of how loud everything was. But outside of the control of the hosts.”

“No public parking. Left my car parked in the garage across the street and walked everywhere. It was a total of $75 for my 4-day stay. Besides that, I was completely satisfied. No major complaints.”

“Overall place was comfortable for laying my head down and having somewhere safe to stay. Was not pleased with the age of the building as the elevator broke, the bathroom sliding door was off the track from the time we got there, there were no dish towels for the dishes and pots and pans were limited. The purpose of the kitchen was to be able to cook and we were limited and what we could do. The shower in the bathroom never got hot. Was cool water the entire time need more outlets near the bed to plug-in. Phones outlets were too far away in the bedroom and not enough light in the living room. Would I book again? Possibly. The place was clean. Just wish I had received the instructions about the towels and the curfew sooner. I was there for a festival and I don’t go to bed at 8 o’clock.”

“The apartment is located on the fifth floor. The elevator wasn’t working one day. The apartment is very quiet and clean. Though the building is open, I felt safe in this neighborhood. It’s very close to the convention center, very walkable to that area, as well as some shops and restaurants on a nearby strip. I would have loved having more than one towel for the duration of my day. I would definitely stay here again.”
