“The place itself was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. My only frustration was with the communication and flexibility around checkout. I asked ahead of time about a late checkout and was initially told it would depend on availability, so I was left waiting for an answer until the last minute, when I was told it wasn’t possible because the cleaning crew was already scheduled. I also asked about leaving our luggage in the storage area after checkout and was told we could only leave it until 1 PM, even though we needed storage until around 4 PM. I completely understand that late checkout isn’t always possible, but clearer communication earlier on and a little more accommodation with luggage storage would have made the experience much better. Otherwise, the property itself was beautiful.”

The location is excellent, and the apartment is very spacious, bright, and extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the property is not well maintained and definitely shows its age. Neither the apartment nor the common areas were particularly clean, and overall the place feels quite dated. The most disappointing part was the hosts’ rigid approach, strict rules, and complete lack of flexibility. They do respond to messages, but only provide the bare minimum, with little willingness to accommodate guests or go the extra mile. At times, the communication felt like talking to a bot. It’s a shame, because this place has so much potential.”

“Definitiv nicht buchen! Der Pool war kontaminiert dies wurde uns vor der Anreise nicht mitgeteilt, wir waren unseren kompletten Aufenthalt über ohne Pool das war eines unserer Hauptgründe weshalb wir das Apartment gewählt haben. Der Tür Code wurde auch plötzlich geändert weshalb wir vor verschlossener Tür standen. Wir wurden gebeten auch möglichst früher auschecken obwohl wir nachgefragt haben ob wir nicht ein paar Stunden länger bleiben können und unser Gepäck dort lassen können. Auf die Rückerstattung hat das Hotel selbst nicht reagiert weshalb wir den Airbnb Support eingeschaltet haben. Ich kann euch nur empfehlen euch zu beschweren wenn es Leistung gibt die nicht erfüllt werden.”
