“The location was excellent! The beach is just across the street! To be able to walk to bars, restaurants, and the grocery store was a money saver. The condo had enough towels, wash clothes, paper products and cooking utensils. This made the stay easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Had a few problems checking in, nothing that anyone could help, but they were up and had a team working on it for us at 1:30AM which was amazing. The customer service and attention was above and beyond and we appreciate that”

“If you're renting this property hoping for a good night's sleep, prepare to sleepless! The apartment is above a bar with extremely loud and poor-quality music! The bed is very comfortable but useless if you can't sleep with so much noise. The living room windows don't open fully to let in air, and the little they do open makes the noise even louder. The apartment is super clean and comfortable, but inappropriate to rent without prior notice about the noise.”

“Great stay. If you want to be close to the action of South Beach, you can't do better than this place. Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. Directly across the street from beach access, and walkable to everything in South Beach. Our teenager and tween loved being so close to everything. Listing was very descriptive and accurate, though I do wish they mentioned that the place was directly above a restaurant. We could hear every conversation at the tables outside the window and the music was playing until midnight. But after the first night, we got used to it, and it only generated minor grumblings from the kids. Would totally stay here again.”
