“Our stay here was fantastic - great neighborhood and very responsive host. Very walkable neighborhood and fun to explore Chicago! Overall definitely a great deal for the price and would stay with them again”

“The place was perfect for walking distance between all the activities we needed to do. The place was clean with enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic—close to great restaurants, shopping, and plenty of sightseeing, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. It was also a really cool experience staying in a classic Chicago brownstone. The hosts were excellent and very accommodating. They were especially helpful with our bag drop-off situation and were always quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed anything. Their communication and willingness to help really made the stay easier. The only downside was the noise from the neighbors above us. There was a small child who was running around and making noise fairly late, sometimes until around midnight. We understand that some noise is to be expected when staying in a brownstone, but it did make it difficult to get to sleep. Overall, we had a great experience. The location, unique brownstone setting, and wonderful hosts made this a memorable stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again.”

“Great location, space had everything we needed and it was a plus to be able to have somewhere to park! The garage was 2 blocks away but it was very convenient to not have to pay for parking. We had issues trying to get into the garage but the host was very responsive and able to talk us thru.”

“Great location, owner was very responsive, the place was very clean!”

“Thank you fof great communications.”

“Amazing place and responsive hosts!!”

“Nice place, good location, great hosts”

“Our family reunion was very special. The rental unit was very spacious with everyone having privacy when we wanted it and yet intimate conversation and dining areas as well. The deck was awesome - large, well-furnished, private. The owners were excellent about communicating and addressing some minor concerns. Overall, an excellent stay.”

“We had a great stay! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything was clean and well organized, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Nathan and Jake were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was easy and they made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place. We’d be happy to stay again in the future!”
