“This apartment is situated in a great location for everything in Miami Beach including restaurants, bars, sightseeing and beaches. The apartment itself is nice, it was clean and was comfortable. It lacks an oven but we made do with the hob. The biggest issue we faced was parking… the airbnb listing states that there is “free parking on premises” and was one of the reasons why we booked it. On arrival, we realised that most of the available parking areas were inside the garage which required a code. Even though we provided driver details beforehand, when we asked about parking, we were told it was $30 a day extra to park. When we questioned this, we didn’t receive a reply from the host despite the Airbnb app showing that they read it… In the end, we parked next to the garage in a space which didn’t seem to cause any issues for the duration of our stay.”

“The apt is nice and like the photos. However, we have never encountered a worst host. Response time: before we arrived it took 3 days to respond re: early luggage dropoff. We were told no- we can pay extra $90 for early check (later we saw other guests put it in the lobby). Twice the AC stopped wlcooling and took hours to switch on remotely. Spent a hot night w/o AC. NOTHING is included in price. Parking, ADVERTISED as included for free, is $30 a day, crib is $10 a day (even though we paid for an infant). Be prepared to stock the apt yourself at your expense - things Airbnbs should have. No cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, kitchen towel, coffee filters, even salt/pepper. The starter kit? Some toilet paper, hotel shampoos and a bit of hand soap in the dispenser (enough for first day). When our kid needed clean sheets he said we can either pay $198 for cleaning or use the dryer (which doesn't really dries!) so she had no sheets! Radiation alert - cellular antenna next door!”

“Amazing place. This is my second time and still enjoying it. Very close to the south beach ~10mins walk. Host very responsive. Easy checkin and checkouts. With target and Publix very close by. Overall 💯”

“Nice place in south beach, convenient location and quiet building. Well equipped, clean. Loved having a terrace to enjoy morning sun. Had a little trouble with the all in 1 washer dryer. Overall a nice stay.”
