Benichay Brothers reviews in Miami Beach, Florida

“חוץ מהמיקום ליד בית חב״ד אין שום יתרון”

“Very disappointing experience, especially considering the premium price we paid. The air conditioning broke down, forcing us to move apartments in the middle of the night. The replacement apartment had water leaking through the ceiling in several places, running near electrical installations and raising serious concerns about electrocution or fire. We endured this for several days before having to pack all our belongings and move yet again. Travelling with two young children, these repeated moves, sleepless nights, and maintenance issues caused considerable stress and disruption. The accommodation was also dirty and noisy, far below the standard we expected for the price. We remained patient and tried to resolve everything directly with the host, who agreed to compensation. However, that compensation has not been provided, and the host has stopped responding to our follow-up messages. We are now having to involve Airbnb to seek a fair resolution.”

“The stay was amazing, now I know where to stay when I’m back in Miami. Thank you for an amazing stay!”
