“My boyfriend and I had a great stay in Hollywood, Florida. Unfortunately, the seaweed conditions during our visit made it difficult to fully enjoy the beach, which was disappointing. However, the Airbnb itself more than made up for it. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that kept us entertained throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed spending time at the pool and hot tub, which were both fantastic. The on-site restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, offering great food and a convenient dining option. Overall, despite the beach conditions being beyond anyone's control, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.”

“This host took our money and double booked themselves. We go to check in and front desk says someone is already in there. After a long flight that’s unacceptable - hotel showed us how they canceled our reservation right before we checked in with no heads up. Don’t waste your time.”

“This is the worst experience with Airbnb that I’ve ever had. Firstly, the place wasn’t cleaned. Floors were dirty, and the dishes were crusty. I woke up after the first night with a swollen eye and a rash on my face due to contact dermatitis from the pillows. I was in town for my birthday, it was ruined due to the uncleanliness of this space. The host refused to take responsibility and shifted blame. I’ve never felt so cheated in my life. Zero stars. Shame on them.”

“We stayed at Eytan & Ygal’s Airbnb for a bachelorette trip, and the home itself is beautifully updated with modern finishes and comfortably slept all 10 of us. However, cleanliness was a major issue. After walking around barefoot, everyone’s feet were visibly dirty, which made it seem like the floors had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. While surfaces and linens appeared clean, the furniture had visible stains, some walls were marked, and the home overall felt quite dusty. It did not feel like a full cleaning had been completed before check-in. We also paid for early check-in for 30 min, but the code provided did not work, and it took 10 min to access the home. Additionally, the listing advertises a pool heater, but there were no directions for usage. Because the pool is mostly shaded, it was unusable for the majority of our stay until we finally located where the heater was on the last day. Providing a simple house manual with instructions would make a big difference.”

“I coffee pod, did not have hot water for the jacuzzi. No tissues and one garbage pale in the bathroom. Check out at 11am, the cleaning crew was there at 10:30. Room was clean and presentable. Service could have been better.”
