The facility offered a little bit of everything, having access to restaurant was nice, and being about 25-30 minutes away from Brickell was also great. Close enough to GG’s, Billy’s, and Marina Village for those who enjoy good eats.”

“This host took our money and double booked themselves. We go to check in and front desk says someone is already in there. After a long flight that’s unacceptable - hotel showed us how they canceled our reservation right before we checked in with no heads up. Don’t waste your time.”

“This is the worst experience with Airbnb that I’ve ever had. Firstly, the place wasn’t cleaned. Floors were dirty, and the dishes were crusty. I woke up after the first night with a swollen eye and a rash on my face due to contact dermatitis from the pillows. I was in town for my birthday, it was ruined due to the uncleanliness of this space. The host refused to take responsibility and shifted blame. I’ve never felt so cheated in my life. Zero stars. Shame on them.”

“Great location, but the apartment was very dirty. The windows were so dirty we couldn’t see outside properly. The floors and carpet were unclean with stains and hair everywhere. Bar stools were dirty, and there was no shampoo in the dispensers. It seemed like no professional cleaning was done. We even had to clean the floors ourselves, and no service was provided during our three-day stay despite our requests. In the end, we requested a refund and received a partial refund.”
