We planned a last minute girls trip and this spot made the stay much easier due to its location and that fact that we both had separate sleeping and bathing quarters. They communicated effectively and made the stay so simple and comfy. We will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“I enjoyed the apartment with nice views. Kitchen is handy for quick breakfast etc. It’s in a nice area close to everything like Design district, Bal harbor shops, Whole Foods. valet parking which was included was really helpful. my only concern during the stay was, Valet team and check in team says, parking is not free repeatedly. I was able to communicate this to Eytan on a daily basis. During check out, hotel actually charged me 80$ per day. Eytan was able to get me refunded. I would say, stay in contact with Eytan regarding the valet situation.”

“The pool at the hotel is amazing, the hosts are very responsive and the amenities the hotel has to offer are top tier. The 2 adjoining rooms provided the perfect amount of space for my group of 6 people, with enough space to easily add a few more people if needed.”

“This host took our money and double booked themselves. We go to check in and front desk says someone is already in there. After a long flight that’s unacceptable - hotel showed us how they canceled our reservation right before we checked in with no heads up. Don’t waste your time.”

“This is the worst experience with Airbnb that I’ve ever had. Firstly, the place wasn’t cleaned. Floors were dirty, and the dishes were crusty. I woke up after the first night with a swollen eye and a rash on my face due to contact dermatitis from the pillows. I was in town for my birthday, it was ruined due to the uncleanliness of this space. The host refused to take responsibility and shifted blame. I’ve never felt so cheated in my life. Zero stars. Shame on them.”
