“I personally was not satisfied with this stay from the listing not specifying that it was a duplex it looked ran down from the outside trouble getting in the door being late to my son high school graduation. The only good thing that came from the stay was we were give a complementary night for inconvenience”

“It took a good 30 minutes to get into the place. Had to call the agency and owner. There were two doors the blue door requires regular keys and then you open to another door with a code lock that was not working. The agency didn’t seem to know there were two doors. The rugs in the place were extremely dirty and a lot of dust on the baseboards. The outside needs maintenance. The screened in porch had cigarette butts on the floor, it looked as though the porch had been forgotten for a while. Will not stay here again.”

“Great place to stay . We stayed for work and it was comfortable. We did have an issue with codes and going in . But we got in safely . Communication is definitely slow .”

“We were given the wrong code and unable for hours to get into the place. We messaged and had to wait to get the correct code All pillows flat. I asked specifically about beach chairs. I was told none there. But they had a whole beach closet with chairs, wagon, beach toys. It would have been great if we were given correct information so we did not have to pack all that we did.”

“Satisfactions -great proximity to beach, quiet street -parking available at beach access -playground near by -updated kitchen and appliances -large family room and tv -large screened in porch with plenty of seating -great private outdoor shower with hot water option -garden hose in driveway to spray off beach gear -backyard is private and great for kids to run around in, caveat- there is a creek so watch little ones Inconveniences -broken credenza glass was noticed at arrival; hazardous to kids and we took liberty to remove the glass ourselves -coffee machine was missing the brewing basket so it was inoperable -Ice machine doesn’t work -bunk bed ladder was missing making it dangerous for kids to climb up the ends -adult beds were loud when getting in and out of them or when rolling over, mattresses were sunken in, so you roll towards the middle -management was contacted about fixable concerns, said they’d get back to us, then didn’t”
