“A gem on so many levels. It’s in a private area of town by the water, tucked behind a little airport. The building is new and has a nice master plan and amenities. The unit itself would be a million dollar listing in LA or NY. First class, huge, welcoming, well stocked, and good communication. Great investment folks!”
