“This last minute surprise booking for my family after paddle boarding was wonderful. JJ’s immediate communication and the properties ability to get all adults on reservation checked into building access was very helpful. Check-in was smooth. We felt safe with the front door camera. The bridge walk was lovely BUT stay away from the paved road where the walking bridge ends. We were attacked by an immediate massive amounts of mosquitos- it was unkind. The place was as listed and we enjoyed the smart refrigerator, the adorable mood lighting Sunshine light on the way to the living room and the peaceful private bungalow feel of the patio view. Thank you again!”

“The stay was peaceful, tranquil just what you need to unwind . The room was organized and everything was pleasantly updated. The refrigerator was a smart refrigerator playing music with quality sound and all the chairs were recliners with heat and massage as well as all the beds. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and so very clean. Thank you for providing a quality place to relax.”

“To be honest, this was my first Airbnb, and the bar has been set pretty high because of my stay here with JJ at Beachside VR. Because it was my first time, I very much appreciated the very detailed information and instructions for everything. But I believe this level of instruction would be appreciated even by veteran Airbnb users. The location was great! The view was amazing! Very peaceful. The unit is spacious and beautiful. The fact that there was a fan in the closet tells me he takes the details seriously. This is a great location too, it's about 20-30 minutes from virtually everything. The recommendations for local stuff were a nice touch too! Just saying, you should definitely try 4th Street Fillin' Station! I will be returning to the Cocoa Beach area soon and will definitely be seeking a stay with JJ at Beachside VR, whether it's at this location or another one!!!”

“Updated. Plenty of towels and paper products which can be very helpful. I appreciated a simple process through their portal to buy extra hours for late check out which was reasonably priced.”

“We had a great stay! The place was super clean, spacious, and definitely worth the price. The host was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and always responded quickly. The ice machine wasn’t working during our stay, but he immediately refunded us for the ice we had to buy, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!”
