“This condo is perfect if you want to combine a visit to the Kennedy Space Center with a beach vacation. The apartment feels luxurious, it's very clean and beautifully furnished. It's also very well managed. A couple of minor things malfunctioned but JJ responded immediately. Thank you JJ!”

“The host was very responsive to questions and quickly responded when we had an issue. Great views of the river and nearby airstrip— it was so fun to watch the planes land and take off each morning. The building is also well sound-proofed, so you couldn’t hear the planes or neighbors unless you were outside on the balconies. Well stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and basic necessities like salt and pepper, dishwasher pods, trash bags. Highly recommend!”

“The unit is in a beautiful building, with its own garage and assigned space. The unit is exactly as pictured. The instructions for check in were super clear, for example photos of exactly which garage door to use and where you need to enter access codes. We would certainly stay again.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and felt very homey. We especially loved the spacious balcony, which was perfect for relaxing and gave our toddler and dog plenty of room to enjoy the outdoor space safely. The hosts were very accommodating and even provided a high chair for our little one, which was greatly appreciated. The pool area was a nice bonus, and we loved being able to choose the music that played while we were there. The location was excellent as well, everything we wanted to do was within a 10-minute drive or less. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!”
