Merritt Island is close enough to everything you will want to do and just out of the main hustle of Cocoa Beach, so you can have peace and quiet at the end of the day. “JJ's River Fly-In Condo was beautiful, clean, and very quiet. The location was perfect - off in the quiet area of Merritt Island, but super close to restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do. The parking garage was helpful with the classic Florida summer storms and the pool & clubhouse was a great getaway without actually having to go off-site. JJ was a wonderful and responsive host. We will definitely be staying at this Condo on our future Florida adventures!”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was a real gem — luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and an amazing value for the price. It had everything we needed, including games and all the amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, especially being only about 20 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. The covered parking was also a huge plus, especially with the rainy weather. Our host was wonderful — very kind, responsive, and always willing to help. We even thought we had accidentally left our iPad behind, and he was incredibly helpful and reassuring while we were trying to locate it (luckily, we eventually found it!). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place!”
