“La casa esta hermosa, el cine impresionante al igual que los cuartos temáticos nuestros hijos disfrutaron mucho sus cuartos, la sala de juego genial al igual que las otras áreas comunes, la zona es super tranquila y con bellos paisajes, el amanecer ahy es increible al igual que el atardecer eso fue algo que disfrutamos muchisimo, es una zona buena para la práctica de pesca como deporte, vimos delfines en el mismo muelle de la parte del resort la verdad fue una experiencia muy linda, la recomendamos 100 % y la volveriamos a rentar. Gracias Villatel su servicio al cliente es espectacular nos llamaron el dia antes para ver si todo estaba bien con el viaje y estuvieron pendiente todo el tiempo muchas gracias por todo.”

“Great stay at this house! We were eight adults and eight children aged 5 and under. We had a great time at the house, loved the themed rooms. It was very spacious. Pool was enjoyable. Beach is just a block away. The neighborhood itself is lovely and we had a nice time walking around. Would go again!”

“The place was large and accommodating, but could have been cleaner. It had quite a few service issues, we had a service tech out almost every day. The thermostat had to be replaced twice, the freezer didn't work the ice maker had to be replaced, the washing machine had to be repaired, there were some switches and outlets that didn't work and had to be replaced. The hot tub had to have water added about every day and the pool temperature could not be modified. They were however very responsive each time we called.”

“This vacation house was spacious and very clean. Our large family (17) was comfortable and had plenty of space to 'spread out'. Grocery and convenient stores were close by and the beach was absolutely perfect. The only down side, which is why I lowered my rating, was that the pool/hot tub heater quit on us after two days and maintenance was not able to fix the heater or filter even after repeated attempts. This was especially a problem as the weather got cold and we had kids for whom the pool was a huge attraction and why we chose this home. On the plus side, the company did send out repair men when requested and were very responsive in attempting to fix the problems.”
