“We had a great stay, and would very highly recommend this stay for anyone coming into town. Lots of little details around the house show how much the hosts care about your experience, and they were super communicative throughout. Great find, will probably try to stay again next time we’re in town!”

“This apartment is above a storage shed. Expect bugs. The appliances are undersized -- probably suitable for a day or two, but trying to stay here for two weeks and making many meals from the Airbnb was difficult.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this charming century-old home in downtown Melbourne. The location right on the water is beautiful, and the house has a lot of character with tasteful décor throughout. There are several comfortable seating areas, making it easy to relax, and the kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, dishes, and silverware if you plan to cook during your stay. There were a few downsides worth noting. The king bed mattress was extremely firm and wasn't very comfortable for us. Storage space was also limited, with very little closet space for unpacking. We also encountered fire ants in the kitchen, which was disappointing. Overall, it's a unique and attractive historic home in a great location with plenty of amenities, but addressing the mattress comfort, storage, and pest issue would make for a much better guest experience.”

“This is a fun funky home with a beautiful backyard. It sleeps 6 and has lots and lots of dining room and living room space. It’s around 3 blocks away from bars and restaurants but is quiet at night.”

“We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the heart of downtown Melbourne. We spent the day walking to nearby restaurants and bars, enjoying drinks and appetizers without ever needing to get in the car. One of the highlights was being able to bring our boat and dock it right at the property’s private dock. The public boat ramp was less than a mile away, making it incredibly convenient to launch. The ride through the marina and along the river to the Airbnb was beautiful. We truly got the best of both worlds—enjoying everything downtown Melbourne has to offer while also spending time out on the water. The property was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would absolutely come back again.”
